The Sunnyside Foundation provides assistance to practicing Christian Scientists residing in Texas who regularly attend a Christian Science branch church or Sunday School, and are members of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts and/or the branch church they are attending.
To receive an application, please do one of the following:

- Fill out the form below. (Be sure to indicate the type of assistance you’re asking for, as that determines which application we will send to you.)
Once you receive and complete the application, return it to the Sunnyside Foundation.
Completed applications that are received in our office by the second Friday of each month are considered at that month’s board meeting. Applicants can expect to receive an answer from Sunnyside by the first of the following month.
