How to Apply

In order to receive an application, please choose one of the options below:

-Fill out the form below and click the SUBMIT button. An application will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days.

Completed applications received by the second Friday of each month will be considered at that month’s board meeting. Applicants should receive an answer from Sunnyside by the first of the following month.
